Our Mission

Our mission is to help organizations strengthen their culture.

We started CultureIQ because we believe in the power of creating a strong culture and the possibilities it creates for the people and organization. We believe culture is woven throughout an organization, driving everything from recruiting and retention to engagement and success. We believe employee culture is about people, and organizations that listen and understand their people will always outperform those who ignore them. We believe culture is measurable, and can be managed and objectively strengthened. We believe culture is as fundamental as brand; a strong culture is absolutely necessary for long-term success.

It starts with culture, but when it comes down to it, we aim to bring people and organizations together to realize greatness.
