A New Look for CultureIQ
One of our core values is to “Celebrate and enjoy the journey,” and our journey so far has been nothing short of amazing! Highlights include working with hundreds of companies around the world, developing our passionate and talented team, and evolving as a product and a company. Today, we want to bring you in on the celebration by sharing the story behind our new look and some of the exciting updates to our platform.
We are a culture company
Through all of the exciting changes and developments in the past few years, one thing has consistently acted as our compass: our mission to help companies strengthen their culture. CultureIQ started as a software company, specifically culture management software, but we soon realized that in order to accomplish our mission, we needed to take it a step further. We now consider ourselves a culture company, specifically a platform that enables organizations to make positive, measurable changes to their culture, and a community that connects peers and experts around the topic of culture. Our platform consists of a framework (for measuring and contextualizing culture), a process (for collecting, understanding, and responding to feedback), software (to enable the framework and process), and guidance (to help you understand your data, and use the platform to strengthen culture).Culture is a team effort, and as the image above illustrates, our platform connects leadership to employees through feedback. But we also recognize that there is another type of connection that can help companies strengthen their culture. This is why we have been developing the CultureIQ community, which is an ecosystem that connects peers, experts, and thought leaders around the the topics of company culture. At the end of the day, we are your partner in engaging with and strengthening your company culture.

Culture is about people and the interactions between them, and effective culture change is about informed decision-making. CultureIQ brings these two components together– our platform is the intersection between data and people, between research and practice, and between metrics and culture.
The CultureIQ team is made up of people with your people in mind. We offer tech-enabled solutions, not tech-only approaches, and our new brand is a reflection of this philosophy.
Along with the launch of our new look, we also have made exciting enhancements to our platform. These include additional feedback mechanisms, deeper insights, and user-friendly reporting tools.
