Sean Gillispie, MBA, Head of Product Management at CultureIQ
At CultureIQ, we strive to help customers transform culture into a competitive advantage. Sean oversees the prioritization and design of CultureIQ’s research-backed platform and flexible survey technology. He leads a team product managers and designers who work with CultureIQ’s customers to identify the right technology to build and white to build it, to design great products, and to help make sure customers get the most value out of the products.
Sean came to CultureIQ after its merger with CEB, Gartner’s Workforce Surveys and Analytics business, where he served as Director of Product Management, leading the development of the Pulse survey platform from launch through successful adoption by over 100 customers. Prior to his role at CEB and Gartner, Sean served as Director of Strategic Programs for Social Solutions Global, a leading SaaS providers for non-profits and government organizations to track and manage human services programs. Sean began his career at IMB Global Business Services where he rose to Senior Managing Consultant, overseeing the delivery of complex programs to build software applications and IT projects for clients such as FDIC. One of his first clients included the US Office of Personnel Management, where he helped define HR business processes across the federal civilian workforce.
A successful entrepreneur, Sean co-founded Stratasense LLC, a solar testing instrumentation company. He helped build the business from idea to successful exit in 2018 with a sale to GroundWork Renewables.
Sean holds an MBA from Babson College and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Williams College. Sean lives in Bethesda, MD and makes it to as many DC United games as he can.

Tim has 29 years of talent acquisition experience, with 20 years in the GOVCON (government contracting) industry. Tim oversees talent acquisition, human resources, and marketing support for MicroTeach. He has three children and lives in Vienna, VA.
