Our Framework has three types of culture dimensions that vary in importance based on the strategic priorities of an organization.

Flex: Four elements (collaboration, curiosity, talent, execution) whose level of importance will either increase or decrease based on the desired goals.
Velocity: One element (agility) that indicates how quickly the organization can mobilize when change needs to occur.
