VP of Sales
Eric is a strategic operational leader in the B2B sales & marketing space with experience across multiple industries and verticals. Following successful stints at Ometria, Salesforce, SiriusDecisions (acquired by Forrester, Inc.), and Philips Electronics, he joined CultureIQ as Vice President of Sales.
Prior to his CultureIQ role, Eric worked as Vice President of North America for Ometria, helping them successfully expand into the North American market with their retail technology solution. Before Ometria, Eric entered the software space, joining Salesforce as Vice President, Select Sales, where he helped continue the expansion of their Healthcare & Life Sciences offering.
Eric also spent eight years at SiriusDecisions in various capacities, spanning strategic account sales, client success, and sales leadership. He was a member of the sales leadership team that helped SiriusDecisions become the market leader in the B2B sales & marketing advisory services space, which culminated in a successful sale to Forrester Research, Inc. in January 2019.
Eric started his career at Philips Electronics in National Account Sales, and in addition to his professional experience, spends much of his time focused on helping college students transition to the professional world via mentoring, career guidance, and interview practice/preparation.
Eric received a BS in Finance from Boston College and is a member of the Revenue Collective.
