Keri Ibarra, M.A., joined CultureIQ in 2020 and currently serves as a Culture Strategist, consulting with clients to transform their organizational cultures. She partners with companies to align culture with strategic goals and empower a diverse workforce to achieve exceptional results.
Prior to her role, Keri served in a variety of Talent Management leadership roles which allowed her to develop expertise in human capital strategies for the insurance, financial services, and manufacturing sectors. Keri offers expertise as a thought leader, strategist, and facilitator in leadership development, performance management, organizational effectiveness, learning strategies, and recruiting methods.
In her role as a Culture Strategist, Keri works with executive leadership and clients to understand their talent and business priorities in order to design programs that focus on the critical capabilities necessary for their workforce.
Keri earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a Minor in Communication Studies and Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. In addition to client work, Keri is passionate about executive and leadership coaching, and is currently working towards her International Coaching Federation credentials.
