"I love helping to provide a voice to employees on the front lines and facilitating a two-way conversation between leadership and staff, all in an effort to shape the culture and improve the work environment for everyone."
Robert K. Beres
Rob Beres, M.A., joined CultureIQ in 2001 and serves as a Senior Strategist, providing consulting and analytics support to client organizations. His areas of focus include organizational culture, employee engagement, linkage analyses of employee turnover data, and text analytics.
Prior to his current role, Rob served in several different account management roles that have allowed him to develop expertise in project execution, project management, and process consultation. For over 10 years, he personally managed a global, high profile and complex survey program for a Fortune 100 technology company, helping to maintain and grow one of CultureIQ’s longest standing client relationships.
As a Senior Strategist, Rob partners closely with clients and executive teams to understand their talent management and business priorities and design survey programs that are maximally related to the capabilities required of their workforce. His analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data, along with his insights and recommendations, have been welcomed by front-line managers and CEOs alike. Analyses that Rob performed for one particular organization resulted in the identification of considerably high ratings of dissatisfaction among very senior-level leaders. These findings led to support for efforts to further identify and remedy the driving sources of dissatisfaction within this critical leadership population.
Rob received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and his Masters of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
