"Working here is energizing, and more and more rewarding by the day as we help improve people's lives at work."
Ryan Cooke, M.A., joined CultureIQ in 2011 and currently serves as a Strategist, consulting with clients to transform their organizational cultures. He partners with clients to leverage employee listening as a tool to gauge culture and surface/remove any hinderances to growth embedded within the culture.
Prior to his current role, Ryan served as a client advisor which allowed him to develop expertise in project execution, project management, and process consultation. Ryan has helped maintain and grow strong client relationships during complex survey programs for a variety of clients, from small clients to Fortune 100 firms.
In his role as a Strategist, Ryan helps point clients and executive teams to the desired culture that best achieves strategic business results. Ryan then helps to design programs focused on the most critical capabilities required of their workforce.
Ryan earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Psychology and Economics from the University of California at San Diego and his Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. In addition to client work, he has held internal roles, including being an active member on the CultureIQ Global Culture Committee, which helps to improve culture internally.
