Wendy Mack

Senior Director, Research & Advisory

Wendy Mack has been helping business and HR leaders transform their organizations for more than two decades.  She brings deep knowledge and practical experience in all aspects of organization development including culture, change management, learning & leadership development, and performance consulting.

As CultureIQ’s Senior Director of Research & Advisory, Wendy leads the teams responsible for conducting applied research and advising clients as they cultivate purposeful culture. She also partners closely with CultureIQ’s product and engineering teams to shape new products and services, using what she learns from working with clients to inform future platform development.

Wendy earned her M.A. degree in Communication from the University of Maryland. She began her professional career in the training industry with roles at Huthwaite and HumanR before founding a change management consulting firm in the Washington D.C. area where she led transformation projects for companies including AOL, Independence Air, the Nature Conservancy, and PBS. Wendy went on to hold leadership roles as sustainment practice leader at AchieveGlobal, director of consulting for Wilson Learning, and managing director at GrowthPlay. 

Wendy is a published author on topics such as leadership, learning, change and communication. She is the co-author of three books: Change at the Core, Plugging into Passions, and Perfect Phrases for Leadership Development. Her articles have appeared in Sales & Marketing Management, CEO World, Training, and the Colorado Springs Business Journal.
