Webinar: Driving Successful Culture Transformation

The Business Culture Club presents the webinar “Driving a Successful Culture Transformation”

Christian Roome, Senior Consultant, CultureIQ: “How to drive a successful digital transformation”

Many companies are embarking on a digital transformation to strengthen their competitive edge. However, a high number of these expensive, time-consuming projects fail. One of the main reasons is that the cultural component is often overlooked. In this webinar, Christian will discuss the type of culture you need to drive this type of transformation successfully; how to move towards the desired state; as well as what you should measure.

Christian has worked as a survey consultant for the last 27 years covering all forms of research including qualitative and quantitative research. He has worked as an Engagement Survey consultant for Gallup, in the UK and the US, and Kenexa, as well as a market research consultant for GfK NOP. While working at Gallup, Christian managed the Gallup Poll in the UK for several years. Christian is a skilled employee survey consultant and who has extensive experience helping clients develop and measure employee opinion, and deliver change in their organisations based on the results.
