Our Story

The journey to CultureIQ is a tale of two cultures. The first, a world-renowned research and consulting organization. The other, a modern technology company providing a flexible platform to measure and activate culture. What both had in common was they believed culture was essential to strategy. Together they are the leading culture management company– creating exceptional client experiences and proving culture is a competitive advantage.

Culture Gets An Edge

Greg Besner, our  CEO, founded  CultureIQ.  Before the merger,  CultureIQ  had an industry-leading, software-as-a-service platform.  Today, continues to build on that success by embedding the ClearAdvantage framework in its approach.

Culture Is an Advantage

ParkerGale,  a private equity firm in Chicago,  brought the two companies together to create a world-class client experience, backed by research, powered by technology. Today, we are showing clients the path to designing, measuring and activating cultures. And having fun doing it.

“Helping companies understand that their culture can be broken down into its component parts and how each component can be activated is very gratifying.  Doing that and helping employees get greater personal value from their work, gives my work, purpose.”

When I develop software, I’m constantly thinking about the user.  How will they use it?  Am I forcing them to work a certain way?  And can I provide them valuable insights in an easy way?  I know I’ve done my job well when clients enjoy exploring our platform because they always discover new things about their culture.”
